Embryonic day 13.5 mouse cortices were electroporated with CRISPR/Cas9‐piggyBac constructs expressing sgRNAs against Sox2 . Cortices were collected and subjected to immunofluorescent stainings at E16.5. Most transduced cells (in green) in the VZ/SVZ were depleted with SOX2.
