Film has a significant impact on the human mind. The primary aim of the current paper is to highlight leadership concepts portrayed in award‐winning war films. The current review can help leadership educators incorporate specific movies in their leadership courses, particularly those for military personnel. Such an approach to vicarious learning may motivate young military leaders for better performance in their roles.
