The premise of the current paper is to present a review of the book entitled “Lincoln on Leadership,” which was written by Donald T. Phillips. The current paper presents the summary of the book, discusses the objective and target audience of the book, and the structure and organization of the book. The final section of the current paper analyzes the book and provides the critique of the book in order to identify what the reader can take away from the book.
