The title compounds were prepared for metabolic studies, with the 14 C labelling being made at methyl of the 1‐methyl‐1 H ‐tetrazol‐5‐ylthio (NMTT) group in overall radiochemical yields of 26% and 22% based on barium [ 14 C]carbonate, respectively.
