Triglycerides containing aspirin in place of one or more fatty acid residues have been synthesised. Glycerol, mono and di palmitic acid glycerides were acylated with the acid chloride of [ 14 C‐ carboxyl ]‐aspirin to give the corresponding tri‐, di and mono‐aspirin glycerides.
