The structure of hellebrin ( 1 ) was investigated by using 2D NMR techniques (COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, HMQC, HMBC) and its structure determined as 3‐β‐O‐(β‐ D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐α‐ L ‐rhamnopyranosyl)hellebrigenin. The complete assignment of the proton and carbon NMR signals is given.
