The dinitroxylamide 8 is synthesized from the monomer 4‐amino‐4‐carboxy‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl ( 2 ). The benzyloxycarbonyl group as amino protective group and the methoxy group as carboxyl protective group have been introduced. The acylation of compound 3 with compound 4 is carried out in the presence of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. After deprotection the dinitroxylamide 8 is obtained.
