In this paper we describe a new approach to cis ‐ and trans ‐2‐aminocyclohexanecarboxamides and their N ‐substituted derivatives. Which proceeds much faster and in higher yields than the methods described in the literature and usually employed in peptide chemistry. This method opens a route to the production of many previously unknown cis ‐ and trans ‐2‐aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acid derivatives.
