Sequential analysis of oligosaccharide structures can be achieved by semiselective NMR‐pulse techniques. Gaussianshaped pulses combined with multistep‐relayed coherence transfer and NOE have been used to determine the sequence and assign the carbohydrate resonances of lanatoside C.
