Zur Chemie der 1,2,4‐Triazine, X. Synthese von 1,2,4‐Triazino[5,6‐ b ][1,4]benzodiazepinonen

Chemistry of 1,2,4‐Triazines, X. – Synthesis of 1,2,4‐Triazino[5,6‐ b ][1,4]benzodiazepinones 6‐Amino‐1,2,4‐triazin‐5(2 H )‐thiones 4a – f react with isatoic anhydride ( 5 ) to give 1,2,4‐triazino‐[5,6‐ b ][1,4]benzodiazepinones 6a – f . By reaction of 6‐amino‐3‐( p ‐tolyl)‐1,2,4‐triazine‐5(2 H )‐thione ( 4c ) with 2 H ‐1,3‐oxazine‐2,6(3 H )‐dione ( 7 ) the first representative of the 1,2,4‐triazino‐[5,6‐ b ][1,4]diazepin‐8‐ones 8 was obtained.
