3‐Aminothiazolo[4,5‐ c ]isothiazole 3a – c wurden aus 4‐Aminothiazol‐5‐thiocarboxamiden 2a – c durch oxidativen Ringschluß hergestellt. In gleicher Weise konnten 3‐Amino‐6‐bromthieno[2′,3′:5,4]thieno[3,2‐ c ]isothiazol ( 3d ) und 3,Diminoisothiazolo[3″,4″:4′,5′]thieno[2′,3′:5,4]thieno[3,2‐ c ]isothiazol( 3e ) gewonnen werden. Ein neuer Weg zu Derivaten des 2,5‐Diaminothiazolo[5,4‐ d ]thiazols (z. B. 12 ) wurde, ausgehend von 2‐Amino‐5‐nitrothiazol, gefunden.
