2.3‐Disubstituierte Indol‐Verbindungen vom Tetrahydroharman‐Typ ( 5, 21, 24, 25 ) werden in Dimethylformamid mit Kalium‐tert.‐butylat und Sauerstoff in Chinolone ( 6 , 22 , 23 , 26 , 27 ) übergeführt. Die Bedeutung dieser Reaktion für die Biogenese des Camptothecins ( 1 ) wird diskutiert.
