Die Kelchblätter von Physalis Alkekengi enthalten keine Carotinoide mit α‐Struktur. Das „Physoxanthin” von Bodea und Nicoara ist nicht mit 3′‐Hydroxy‐α‐carotin sondern mit Neo‐β‐kryptoxanthin A identisch.
