A series of methyl or ethyl 3‐( N ‐arylpyrrol‐2‐yl)‐1 N ‐pyrrole‐2‐carboxylates and 2,4‐dicarboxylates has been synthesized using an alkyl isocyanides addition‐cyclization to N ‐arylpyrrole derivatives such as carboxaldehydes and nitropropenes.
