Some pyridazine acyclonucleosides containing hydroxymethyl and 4‐hydroxybutyl groups as an alkanol side chain were prepared. Nucleophilic displacement of N 1 ‐alkyl‐4,5‐dichloropyridazin‐6‐ones is discussed.
