Fourteen N ‐azolylpropanamides have been prepared by Michael addition of azoles on acrylamide. The compounds have been fully characterized by IR and by 1 H and 13 C‐nmr. The isolated compounds are the most stable derivatives; kinetic compounds were observed but could not be isolated.
