The synthesis of the p ‐methyl‐, p ‐methoxy‐, p‐t ‐butyl‐, p ‐phenyl‐, p ‐cyano‐, p ‐bromo‐, p ‐chloro‐and p ‐nitrobenzoate esters of tropine are reported. These compounds were characterized by their hmr, ir, mass spectra and analytical data.
