The synthesis of 1,2,3‐thiadiazolo[5,4‐ d ]pyrimidin‐4(5 H )ones substituted in the 6‐position with hydrogen, all possible isomers of alkyl methyl through butyl, and 2,2‐dirnethylpropyl is deseribed.
