Different types of phenothiazine derivatives were synthesized by reactions of 10‐alkyl‐10 H ‐phenothiazine‐3‐carbaldehydes. Structures of the prepared compounds were confirmed through spectroscopic techniques such as IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and mass spectroscopy. All the compounds were studied for their antitumor activities.
