Pyrrolidine derivatives are very important families of heterocyclic compounds that show diverse biological activity. The substitution pattern and functionalization on these derivatives show different biological activities. Different substituted pyrrolidines shown to have different antibacterial effects. They are also used as scaffolds in the synthesis of unnatural oligomers which have various biological applications in the field of antidiabetic, anticancer, antimalarial, antiviral, antimicrobial, anti‐inflammatory, and antibacterial activities . Numerous groups have synthesized substituted pyrrolidines and they constructed the pyrrolidine ring by the formation of various different bonds from acyclic precursors. Some of the groups have synthesized that derivatives only by reduction.
