A series of novel 2,4,6‐trisubstituted quinazoline derivatives were synthesized starting from 2‐amino‐5‐bromobenzoic acid. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were established by IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, and mass spectral data. All the compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity .
