Rapid and efficient one‐pot three‐component synthesis of new spironaphthopyrano‐one derivatives by cyclocondensation reaction in aqueous media is achieved under microwave irradiation conditions. This protocol has the advantages of higher yield, lower cost, reduced time, environmental impact , and convenient procedure.
