Intravenous lobular capillary hemangiomas are extremely uncommon and mostly occur in the veins of the neck and upper extremities. Here, we report the clinical and sonographic features of an intravenous lobular capillary hemangioma localized in the right cephalic vein, and we discuss its pathologic findings and differential diagnoses. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
