Although prenatal diagnosis of congenital diaphragmatic hernia is not a rare event, detection of intrathoracic kidney in association is extremely rare. We present the sonographic findings in such a case. The postnatal outcome after successful respiratory management and surgical repair was good. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Clin Ultrasound, 2011
