Bochdalek hernia is the most common congenital diaphragmatic hernia. It may be incidentally identified on CT. We report the sonographic findings in a case of Bochdalek hernia, which showed ring‐down artifact posterior to the herniated intra‐abdominal fat. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
