We report a rare case of a mucosa‐associated lymphoid tissue (MALT)‐type lymphoma of the bladder, incidentally found on sonography in a 17‐year‐old girl during the workup of arterial hypertension. The diagnosis was established by a transurethral biopsy. Treatment consisted of transurethral resection of the bladder tumor and subsequent chemotherapy. To the best of our knowledge, this is the youngest patient with asymptomatic MALT‐type lymphoma of the urinary bladder. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Clin Ultrasound, 2011
