We report a case of synovial sarcoma in a 58‐year‐old woman arising from the anterior abdominal wall. Sonography demonstrated a large mass with an unusual complex “honeycomb” echotexture. Doppler imaging displayed increased vascularity in the solid parts of the tumor. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Clin Ultrasound, 2009
