Abdominal lymphoma usually appears as homogeneous, markedly hypoechoic masses on sonography. We report a case of primary lymphoma presenting as an extrahepatic and intrahepatic periportal echogenic mass encasing the hepatic vessels. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Clin Ultrasound, 2008.
