A 37‐year‐old woman presented with breast pain after breast augmentation utilizing autologous fat obtained by liposuction. Mammography and sonography demonstrated fat necrosis in the right breast and a solid inflammatory mass in the left breast. The diagnoses were confirmed by biopsy. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
