Genitourinary tuberculosis is the most common manifestation of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. The epididymides, the seminal vesicles, and the prostate are the most commonly infected sites. The testes are rarely involved. We describe the unusual sonographic findings in a case of tuberculous epididymo‐orchitis that presented with multiple small, hypoechoic nodules within the testis. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
