Sarcomas with muscular differentiation (eg, rhabdomyosarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, pleomorphic sarcoma) are uncommon in the adult urinary bladder. We report the sonographic findings in a case of pleomorphic sarcoma with muscular differentiation arising from the bladder dome that mimicked urachal carcinoma; findings of correlative imaging are also discussed. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
