The sonographic findings in two cases of Krukenberg tumor of the ovary secondary to carcinoma of the colon are presented. Three other single case reports of sonography in this entity have been recorded in the literature. Clinical data and sonographic findings in these five cases are analyzed. Pathologically and sonographically these tumors, when of moderate to large size, appear as solid masses containing variable amounts of fluid and can mimic the appearance of cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary. The CT findings in one case are included and correlate well with the sonographic appearance. Indexing Words : Ovary, metastasis · Ovary, Krukenberg tumor · Krukenberg tumor, ultrasound.
