Proliferation of hemopoietic stem cells in culture of embryonal liver of mice

The vinblastine technique was used to demonstrate that the proliferative capacity of colony‐forming cells in organ culture of embryonal liver of mice between the first and seventeenth day of cultivation is adequately high. The relative content of CFU increases in culture with a maximum between one and two weeks.
