In this figure , hetero type III‐B polyrotaxane den drimers with three different core group functionalities, namely, azobenzene, daisy chain, and cyclobis (paraquat‐ p ‐phenylene) macrocycle were synthesized and characterized by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Their dual molecular switching properties as macromolecular machines are to be further expolred.
