Chromium‐ and Manganese‐containing Carbonyl Chalcogenide Clusters: Syntheses, Reactivities, and Special Properties

This mini‐review covers the systematic survey of our previous research on chromium‐ and manganesecontaining chalcogenide clusters in terms of synthetic strategies, reactivities, and special properties. In addition, mixed chromium‐manganese carbonyl chalcogenide clusters were also synthesized rationally via several facile routes, which resulted in the generation of a series of mixed‐metal clusters possessing expanded frameworks with enhanced electrochemical and magnetic properties.
