In order to leap over the hassles from the reported critical Fries rearrangement towards the synthesis of angelicin analogs, the newly detour method was delicately designed and applied not only to the compound synthesis in gram‐scale range, but also to the successful evaluation of both in vitro and in vivo biological efficacy.
