High‐Speed Counter‐Current Chromatography (HSCCC) coupled with Diode array detector (DAD) was successfully applied to the isolation and purification of three flavonoids from Ziziphus jujuba . The solvent system was composed of ethyl acetate‐n‐butanol‐water (3:2:5, v/v/v). The purity of compounds 1 , 2 and 3 was above 90.0% by HPLC‐DAD and the structures of these compounds were identified by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS n ) as spinosin, 6′″‐sinapoylspinosin, 6′″‐feruloylspinosin.
