A new isoflavonoid glycoside, gehuain, together with three flavonoids and eight isoflavonoids, was isolated from the flowers of Pueraria lobata . Three of them, apigenin, apigenin 4′‐ O ‐β‐D‐glucoside, and wistin, were reported the first time from this plant. Their structures were established on the basis of spectral evidence.
