Three new benzenoid compounds, namely cryptamygin‐A, ‐B and ‐C together with eleven known compounds were isolated from the stem bark of Cryptocarya amygadalina . Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. The synthesis of cryptamygin‐A is also described.
