Two new prenylated isoflavones (erythrivarones A and B) were isolated from the stem bark of Erythrina variegata Linn, together with the known compound alpinumisoflavone (1). The structures of erythrivarones A and B were characterized as dihydroalpinumisoflavone (2) and 4′‐hydroxy‐[6″,6″‐dimethyldihydropyrano(2″,3″:5,6)]‐[6‴,6‴‐dimethyldihydropyrano(2‴,3‴:7,8)]isoflavone (3), respectively, by means of spectroscopic analysis.
