Recent developments in research on aggregation and self‐coiling of organic molecules are reviewed: structure and medium effects on aggregating tendencies, electrostatically stabilized aggregates (ESAg), co‐aggregating tendencies of cholesterols and the effect of chain‐folding, and neutral and effective deaggregators (deAgr).
