The synthesis, separation, purification, and characterization of the R‐ and S‐ forms of 2′‐ O ‐methyladenylyl‐3′,5′‐2′‐ O ‐methyladenosine methyl phosphonates ((AmpAm) R or s ), 2′‐ O ‐methyladenylyl‐3′,5′‐2′‐ O ‐methyladenosine ethylphosphotriesters ((Am(Et)Am) H or s ), and 2′‐ O ‐methyladenylyl‐3′,5′‐2′‐ O ‐methyladenosine are described.
