Mössbauer parameters of frozen salt solutions could be correlated with apparent degree of dissociation, γ. KSnCl 3 and KSnBr 3 were dissolved in 0.5 M H 2 SO 4 , whereas NH 4 SnCl 3 was dissolved in 0.5 M HClO 4 . Mössbauer studies were made at different concentrations.
