Copper ion selective electrode was constructed and the performance of membranes prepared from different methods was compared. Removal of oxygen from the system in the preparation of electrode membrane was suggested. The behavior of the membrane, the working concentration range, response time, internal filling solution and treatment of the electrode were discussed.
