The microscopic view of trapped electron concentration gradient established within a few molecular diameters of 2‐methyltetrahydrofuran after partial bleaching is known to be considerably small that there will be essentially no effects on the relative distribution of electrons in the sample. A weakly bound excited state of trapped electrons in the system is deduced from the Arrhenius activation energies determined from the bleaching data.
