Eighteen amino acids; proline, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, hydroxyproline, phenylalanine, ornithine, glycine, serine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, threonine, asparagine, lysine, tyrosine, tryptophan, and arginine were identified by polyamide layer chromatography via DNP (dinitrophenly) derivatives in Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa (Tang‐Kwei)
