Analytical data show that the Peel of Citrus maxima (Burm f.) Merrill contain 0.15% of essential oil, 90% of which d‐limonene, the rest being 0.6% d‐penene, 1% cadinene, 2.5% terpene alcohols, 3% sesquiterpene alcohols, and 0.2% of undetermined substance of an ester fragrancy.
