(1) The solubility‐product of silver molybdate was determined by the e.m.f. measurements of the cell,by extrapolation method in the temperature range of 20° to 40°C.(2) The standard potential of the Ag;Ag 2 MoO 4 (s);MoO 4 − electrode, and the molal heat and molal free energy for the solution of silver molybdate are expressed as a function of temperature over the temperature range of 20° to 40°C as follows:(3) The molal heat, free energy and entropy change for the formation of silver molybdate from its elements at 25°C are evaluated as
