Health care costs have risen enormously in recent years. You can help create and maintain performance measures that influence how senior leaders perceive health care costs and how they make funding decisions with respect to programs intended to reduce those costs. In particular, this article explains how to implement a comprehensive corporate wellness program (CWP) and a performance measurement system called a wellness scorecard, which can be used to track CWPs. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
