Over the past 30 years, personal computers (PCs) have proliferated in the workplace. Businesses of all sizes use PCs to process financial and accounting transactions. PCs have also become easier to use. But “user friendly” doesn't necessarily mean “user accuracy.” This article shows how to help the PC user be aware of computer controls that ensure effective, secure, and accurate computer operations.
